Yoga for Sleep comprises two sessions of yoga exercises, relaxation and shiatsu massage (acupuncture pressure points specifically designed to combat insomnia and in particular to help people with restless legs syndrome). Session 1 takes you through a calming yogic breathing practice, a sequence of exercises that can be done lying in bed, and a deep relaxation practice. Session 2 works with acupuncture pressure points and two flowing sequences of exercises accompanied by the beautiful and soothing music of Ken Davis.
