Alexander Black has always had an ordinary life. On the day he was approached by Sophie, a blue-haired goth, who revealed to him that he was invisible, his ordinary life took a bizarre turn.
This revelation sends him reeling. Forced to come to terms with his curious condition he seeks out the only person who can see him but when he does, he discovers that Sophie - an empty shell of the person she once was - needs just as much saving as he does.
The pair embark on a search for themselves, bonding over the isolation of their individual struggles. One in search of reclaiming his body, the other of reclaiming her soul.
While travelling around the world; they begin to discover that being truly seen is not as easy as it seems.
