War in the Channel Islands: Then and Now

Besides being the only British territory occupied by the Germans in the Second World War, it is perhaps less generally known that the Channel Islands were fortified out of all proportion to the rest of Hitler's Atlantic Wall: a legacy that is explored in individual chapters on Alderney, Guernsey, Jersey and Sark. He started the company while running his family printing business when he was just 18 and has since gone on to produce over 260 magazines and close to 100 books, some with his wife Gail, which are mostly military themed and some non-military.
