Katie is watching the bath fill with honey dripping from the honeycomb Grandpa's bees have made. "How long before I can take a bath?" Grandma asked. "Well, Mabel, it might be a day or two," answered Grandpa. "Why don't you use Murray's bath in the garden?"
So begins a train of events that leads to Grandma having her bath under the plum tree, losing her bathwater and her clothes, but definitely not her dignity or her best straw hat, the one with the pink silk roses on it.
