At first the goldfish had been loved and noticed, but now it's the little dog who has come to live at the house that has all the attention. He is fed special treats, has his tummy rubbed, and is loved and cared for in a special way. Poor little goldfish. What can he do? But one day the little dog comes over to his bowl, and he seems to want to help. The unhappy goldfish soon finds his world opening up in a way he never imagined . . .
