Follow a group of schools kids at a field program at the Bay of Fundy where they learn about the various sea animals that live in tide pools and in the tidal zones on the shore, and how these animals have adapted to survive in their particular niche. They also study the tides themselves, some of the highest in the world, and spend one day on the ocean fishing and whale watching. What the young people learn and their comments about their experiences are included along with informal photos of them at work and play. The lively design and action photos bring to life the important information about a very special environment.
