In February 2012, as she went in labour with her first child, Bronnie Ware prayed for two things: the safe arrival of her baby, and that she would one day become a HH author. In a turn of events that can only be described as extraordinary, within 24 hours, both had come true!

When The Top Five Regrets started shooting straight to the top of the bestseller lists, monitoring between Balboa Press and Hay House went into overdrive. It wasn't long before calls from The ABC, The Courier Mail as well as other local media, plus the UK's Sunday Times and BBC followed. Leon Nacson, Hay House MD, contacted Bronnie immediately and when he introduced himself she burst into tears of joy. What he didn't realise is that Bronnie had given birth to a baby girl just before the phone call, nor that the day before, she had prayed that she would one day become a HH author. Within a week, rights to The Top Five Regrets of the Dying were sold in seven countries.
