Toby Jones And The Clash with Father Time

Toby Jones is not your average cricket fan. It's not his passion for the game that makes him unusual – it's his ability to travel through time, back to the great matches of the past.

The final book in the series finds Toby Jones involved in an Ashes match with some distinctly ghostly appearances in the outfield. To his horror, Toby watches as some of the fielders disappear from the field in front of his eyes, and an emergency early lunch is called.

In order to finally call a halt to the Timeless Cricket Match, Toby and Jim must go in search of Father Time, believed to be trapped in the Old Scoreboard and guarded by the sinister soul–snatchers known as the Grubbers. When they strike at Georgie, Toby must use his wits as well as his precious stump to save her and achieve his long–awaited future as a Cricket Lord.
