This is a journal faithfully documenting the ramblings of a frightened teenager called Sandman during a traumatic summer holiday 'up the cost' some years ago. It's like a roadbook, but the car is slow, so instead of arriving somewhere quickly it takes ages to get there, and that means we look at everything very closely.

This journal approaches relationships, dreams, pedestals, food, parents, share houses, real estate, sex, sexuality, striptease, crime, class, toilets, self-obsession, jealousy and the desire to be loved with the illusions of depth and heaps of smiles.
