Meet the Rabbles, Mum, Dad, Rae, Rupert, Ryan and Rebel (the dog). They have a most unusual way of earning a living. Known as Rent-a-Rabble, the family lends authenticity to historic events - impersonating peasants, rogues, and assorted ruffians (in fact anybody who was nobody!).
The Rabbles have a new job, being peasants at the castle open-day. Rae is so looking forward to dressing up in a sack. Rupert can't wait. He's obsessed with making plague boils out of balloons and custard. If only they didn't keep bursting . . .
