As soon as Aliseta sees the red bicycle, she knows it's the one for her. But she doesn't know that Big Red has travelled across the ocean from America, where it once belonged to Leo. He rode the red bicycle everywhere - to school, the swimming pool and football practice.
Leo was sad to have outgrown his bike, but found out he could donate it to someone who could really use it. Now in Burkina Faso, Big Red helps Aliseta haul goods to the market and watch over her family's sorghum field. But the red bicycle still has another purpose to fulfil. Who will ride the red bicycle next? What will it be used for?
