The Outsiders continue to dole out their proactive approach to justice as new enemies rise up to take their punishment. The team has their hands busy when a Russian mob decides to paint the town red and Arsenal confronts his inner demons as his recent brush with death continues to haunt him. Unfortunately, his soul-searching leads to serious conflicts with two of his teammates.
