War has been declared! Howard Fitzherbert has started his own newspaper to try and run us out of business. And he's stealing all our ideas. We need a special front page story and my favourite singer, Mandy Miami, could be exactly what we need. But Many is so mysterious, even her fan club don't know how to find her. The World Wide Web holds the clues but we're not the only ones surfing the Net - so is the Shark.
