Iliani has never known any family other than Edwouard and Eedwina, her adopted parents, and their son Cam. So, she takes Edwouard's advice to marry Cam, believing that she is adhering to her own dead father's dying wishes. On the day of her wedding however, Iliana meets a man whose news questions the motives of her father and of everyone whom she has ever loved. This man, Alaex, has seemingly irrefutable proof that he and Iliani were married when she was only a girl of five years old - and that this union was in fact, the true wish of Iliani's father, Aeric. Iliani's entire life seems to be falling apart. Who should she believe?
