The Dogs of Central Park is a photographic book project inspired by the dogs themselves. Approximately 70 dogs will be included, and each page will feature a picture of the dog accompanied by his or her bio and other relevant morsels. All the dogs will be photographed against prominent Central Park scenery, ie. Bethesda Fountain, Sheep Meadow, Turtle Pond, Belvedere Castle. Dog shots will be both poses and live-action. There will also be a page or two of small pictures of dogs - those that did not garner a bio but still deserve to be in the book. They will be lined up not unlike students' pictures in a yearbook.
