Teter Mek and the crew of Nimah Sajah are stranded in tropical Darwin as they try to repair their boat. Teter Mek soon befriends local Aboriginal boy Frederick, and together they investigate the mystery of Teter Mekrsquo;s family by piecing together clues from her canoe.
