Why would anyone send a line from a kid's song to the local newspaper? Elmo doesn't know. Nor do any of the other members of the Teen Power gang.
Then the first bomb goes off in Raven Hill. A second note is received. The second bomb explodes. And slowly the gang realises that someone is following through a mad and deadly plan.
The notes are warnings. And in a race against time, the must try to guess where the Nick Nack bomber will strike next. Before it's too late.
