This cookbook builds on the brand recognition of Holland America, the leading cruise line in the world. Every year more than 600,000 passengers travel the seven continents in high style aboard Holland America's luxury five-star fleet, and all are potential customers for this book. A compilation of approximately 100 favourite recipes accompanied by beautiful colour photography that will show time pressed home cooks how to re-create dishes that achieve the same high level of elegance as those served onboard one of the Holland America's cruise ships. Easy-to-follow recipes will include equipment lists, do-ahead tip and time-saving tips, as well as ideas for pairing foods for complete meals.
