This is version 2.0 of Sybex's e-trainer for the A+ certification sponsored by CompTIA. The content is updated for the new exam and the software uses the 2nd generation Sybex e-trainer engine.
A+ certifies the competency of service technicians in the computer industry. A+ candidates must pass two exams - a core exam on basic PC hardware and architecture, and an operating system exam. The latter includes coverage of Windows 98/NT/2000.
