Jack really wants a dog of his own, but last birthday Mum and Dad said No! When he sees an ad in a pet shop window that reads: "Dog Sitter Wanted - we need someone to look after Samson for a week while we're on holidays", he decides that this is his big chance. He'll have a dog for a whole week, and he'll show Mum and Dad just how well he can look after it! To Jack's surprise, Samson is big - very big! And that's just the first surprise.
