Olie lives in a land where it never snows. He dreams of the wonders a single snowy day can bring. Then one day the sun blows a bulb and Olie gets his wish. It begins to snow, and Olie and Zowie build a snowman named Mr Snowie. But when the sun shines again, how can Olie and Zowie keep Mr Snowie from melting? A trip to Chillsville and a meeting with Klanky Klaus and his Busby Berkeley lineup of dancing snowmen is their only hope.
