Before the legend . . . before the icon . . . there was a teenager named Clark Kent . . .
The town of Smallville is reeling from a spate of racially motivated attacks. Flyers for the upcoming multicultural festival are burned, one of Clark Kent's friends has his house trashed, and another friend's home is almost hit by a runaway truck.
In each case, the violence occurs in super-fast hyper-time - so quickly that no one can see the attacker. Clark quickly realises he's the only one who can possibly solve the mystery, but will he be able to confront the culprit in time to derail the ultimate racist plot?
