Relaxacise is a series of carefully considered movements that work every part of your body. The movements are so simple that most people would not define them as exercise, yet their success lies in their simplicity.
Think of the way that animals move; they never overdo things, they complete a movement, stretch and then relax. Those natural movements were an inspiration when Relaxacise was created by Barbara Martin.
'Simply Relaxacise', the book, contains 64 pages of full-colour photographs with step-by-step instructions, enabling people at any fitness level to follow the movements to relax, revive, improve muscle tone and body shape. It comprises warm-up and relaxation exercises as well as a series of exercises focusing on various parts of the body. There are also practical "trigger" exercises provided for those times when you are too busy for a complete workout, or to add to your workout.
Author Barbara Martin provides clear explanations emphasising posture, breathing, stretching and relaxation. Her easy-to-follow text provides additional information and suggestions to help tailor the program specifically for your own needs.
The Video has five easy sessions that take only 15 minutes each day to complete. Each 15-minute session has been devised to work every part of your body. You can extend the session by simply pausing or stopping the tape to increase the number of repetitions or to hold the stretch for a little longer.
