Hick and Katie are thrilled to be staying at Holiday House with such funny characters as chattering Clare and gloomy Gareth. There's so much to explore, like the ruined house where a light shines at night. Yet when the children approach the house there seems to be no way in - until they discover an underground tunnel in a cave . . . but the children are not the only ones to have discovered the tunnel and the house hides more than one secret.
