Something very strange is happening. The townspeople don’t seem to have changed very much at all since his first visit as a child, a mysterious young man is found hiding out at the twelve-mile hut and, when someone tries to burn down the homestead, one of his friends thinks it’s time to leave. Davie begins to remember what happened at Warrah all those years ago, and when a tall, enigmatic man arrives at the homestead, everyone is suddenly in great danger.
