Theres nothing quite like good quality food to cap off the end of a great day of travelling. Which is where this cookbook comes in. The aim was to combine a bunch of amazingly tasty- but just as importantly, practical- meals that you can cook on, or off, the road.
This book was written due to the many requests that have been received from viewers and readers to compile the quick and easy recipes used on the road whilst filming 6 seasons of the Pat Callinans 4X4 Adventures TV series.
