We first met Melanie as Brooke's best friend in Real. She is talkative, spontaneous, a real rainbow. In Raw, she's excited to finally have met "the love of her life"--the one she'd always been waiting for. Or so she believes, until she starts spending the night over and meets his younger brother, Liam. He's younger than she is by a couple of years, and he's also scarred and a recluse by choice. She immediately becomes determined to bring some joy and love into his life. What she doesn't expect is that she will become his joy, and she will become his love, and soon he will do anything to make her realize that the man she has been waiting for all her life is him.
