Frank was a busy cat. After all, he had two kids to raise. With all that washing, cooking and cleaning, Frank worked up quite a sweat. You see Rory and Ruby's parents were on an extended overseas trip. Aunt Beryl was supposed to be looking after the kids, but she had an unfortunate accident. So it all fell on Frank's shoulders.
Rory and Ruby didn't mind. They liked being raised by Frank. They loved chasing balls of string around, sitting on the fence at night and meowing, and they didn't even mind fish for dinner seven nights a week!
The neighbours were a bit suspicious, but the welfare man they sent around was most impressed by Frank's childcare skills. Eventually Mum and Dad came home and Frank was in for a big surprise!
