VIDEO Full of Landy’s trademark wit, action and razor-sharp dialogue, DEMON ROAD kicks off with a shocking opener and never lets up the pace in an epic road-trip across the supernatural landscape of America.

Sixteen years old, smart and spirited, she’s just a normal American teenager until the lies are torn away and the demons reveal themselves. Forced to go on the run, she hurtles from one threat to another, revealing a tapestry of terror woven into the very fabric of her life. Her only chance rests with her fellow travellers, who are not at all what they appear to be…
Untitled Fans of 'Skulduggery Pleasant' will love Landy's new series set in America.
16 year old Amber Lamont is an ordinary girl - or at least that's what she thought until the fabric of her existence is torn apart by the revelation of demons, vampires, serial killers and, of course, magic. Amber is forced to go on the run across America in a race against time to save her own life. You'll love Amber who is a great representation of being a teenager. Amber is uncertain, a little insecure and makes mistakes but she grips this adventure with both hands and unfailingly rises to the occassion. 'Demon Road' is chock-full of Landy's signature sassiness and absurd humour and I cant wait to dig into the second book, 'Desolation'. This is such a great book for all teenagers and I would honestly recommend it to everyone; we could all learn something about the value placed on appearance (spoiler! It's too much!) Don't worry, this is still a rollercoaster of a book, readers aren't going to feel like there is a hidden agenda; they'll be too busy holding their breath through demonic fights, vampire attacks and wild chases. - Caitlin (QBD) Guest , 10/09/2017
