Power of Five
This series of books is about a group of kids who live all over the world and must come together to save the world from the Old ones. These kids who are known as Gatekeepers must save the world from the impending doom that are the Old ones, but first they must find each other. I really enjoyed these books because of the trouble these kids get into trying to find each other and the twists in the storylines. I also really enjoyed how the author brings in real places from around the world and their cultures. The characters show a wide range of different personalities that are diverse and unique. This series would be great for 13-14 year olds but really anyone with a great imagination will enjoy them.
