It is slowly dawning on Pongwiffy, the witch of very dirty habits, that a witch cannot live on greasy skunk stew, limitless supplies from the local sweet shop, and the mimimum of exercise alone. Pongwiffy's teeth, stomach and general body parts are crying out for some healthy care and attention.
And Pongwiffy is determined to involve not only her fellow witches but all the residents of Witchaway Wood. There is only one thing for it: the greatest sporting event ever - the O'Lumpicks.
