Pingu takes his little sister, Pinga, to kindergarten. As he is leaving, Pinga falls over, Pingu picks her up and decides to stay for a while. He has such a great time at kindergarten that he stays all day. On the way home, Pingu's friends make fun of his and Pinga's paper hats. When Pingu makes a boat out of his and sails it across the pond, his friends try to sink it with snowballs. Luckily Robby the seal comes to the rescue.
