Noddy was giving Bert Monkey a lift to the station, but he got very cross when Bert's naughty tail wouldn't leave his hat alone. Poor Noddy would have been even more cross if he had realised that Bert's tail had pulled the bell off his hat and dropped it in a puddle! When Bumpy Dog found the bell, he decided he would like to wear it, but it got him - and Noddy - into rather a lot of trouble...
