One morning when Noddy woke up it was pouring with rain, which meant there would be lots of work for Noddy and his car. He quickly set out, but that mornign was not a lucky one for Noddy; he had a series of accidents. And guess who always came around the corner at the worst possible moment - Mr Plod!
