Noddy hates rainy days, and one wet day in Toyland he decides he'll stay warm and dry at home. But soon he has no excuse for staying indoors, when his friend Big-Ears lends him an old umbrella. At last, Noddy sets off in his car to find some passengers, but unfortunately the umbrella causes a lot of trouble before the day is over!
