Having dreams to become a great hero like his Idol and the #1 Hero All Might, Izuku applies for the hero academy despite being bullied about being quirkless by his old childhood friend turned rival Katsuki. While many powers come across as outlandish you never feel distracted, instead wondering what wacky power will be revealed next.
