This collection of portraits is a photographic celebration of multicultural families from beloved author and artist Kip Fulbeck. Charming images of kids being kids are accompanied by handwritten statements from the children; first-person text from their parents; a foreword by Dr. Maya Soetoro-Ng (American President Obama's sister); and an afterword by Cher (who is part Cherokee). The body of work is also under consideration for a major show at the Japanese American National Museum, to coincide with the launch of the book.
