The CIA has intercepted two terrorist cells but a third is feared to be on the loose and it is led by a mastermind obsessed with becoming the leader of al-Qaeda. Rapp needs the best on the case and his choice is Mike Nash. Nash has served his government honourably for 16 years, first as an officer in the Marine Corps then as an operative in the elite counterterrorism team run by Rapp.
