Michaela doesn't want Grumpy's ugly, whale construction right in front of her grandfather's caravan park, so she organises a protest. But the Council isn't interested - they like Grumpy's plan. To stop Grumpy, Michaela and her friends enlist the creative and inventive Jorg to help them with another plan. So when this bunch of colourful characters gets together for a fun-filled ride of whales, surfing and adventure, anything could happen . . . and does.
