Merrow lives in a medieval village with her aunt. Both her parents have disappeared. Her father was a sailor who didn't come home one day, and her grief stricken mother walked into the ocean never to be seen again. But then the villagers start whispering - maybe her mother was a sea-maid and if she was, then what is Merrow?
