Easy to follow Powerful when understood
Andrew's life experiences make compelling reading. The personal & business principles he has been able to extract & pass on with a touch of humour are gems.

A Friend in your Pocket
The Me Myth is an excellent self-development book which is written in a friendly and personal style by Andrew Griffiths. I loved the author's personal stories to demonstrate his points, they're funny, sad and heart warming. Andrew certainly has been through some tough times and the book is both inspirational and motivational. A worthy addition to your bookshelf.

My pick of the year so far!
The Me Myth is truly brilliant. It is the first "self help" book that I've managed to read cover to cover. And I laughed - the whole way through. The book gives some great, real-life advice and it makes such a refreshing change to read that it's really not all about me, and that over-analysis of anything isn't going to help anyone. I'd recommend it for anyone!

The ME Mytth rocks
This book has the power to change lives and not just Andrew's!
It is raw, heartbreaking at times yet has an undercurrent of hope and inspiration that continually fights it way to the front of your mind.
I challenge anyone not to be a better person as a result of buying (and reading) this book.
Quite simply, one of the best books I have read...ever
