Libby Gleeson collaborated with Armin Greder in this excellent book about the making of picture books, written from the point of view of the writer and the illustrator. They take the reader from the first idea for a story, through the planning and writing, through revision, editing, illustration, design and production, until the book is complete. They have included many examples from their own work, as well and examples and comments from many other well-known Australian writers and illustrators.
