'The Lyle Antiques Price Guide' is the longest established publication of its kind in the world, and a bible for the antiques trade. Every year it is totally revised, reporting on the sale price and details of thousands of antiques that have passed through the market in the preceding twelve months.
The prices are not guesses or auctioneers' estimates, as in other publications, but the actual prices paid at auction. Each piece is fully described and illustrated with a photograph, and the book is arranged under some 350 different categories of antique and collectable, with everything included from adding machines to whiskey.
For the 2000 edition a range of improvements have been introduced, including more detailed indexing to enable you to find your way more easily around the book.
