Every family needs to eat well and keep fit! This is not easy. As a nation, we have come to think large serves of food and drink are 'normal', and we often eat and drink too much of the wrong thing. We are also far less active than we were in the past. This is not good for us, and not good for our kids.
Adults need to eat well and exercise to maintain their health as they grow older. Children need to eat well and exercise so they grow strong and healthy - upwards, not outwards. Without a doubt, good eating and exercise promote health and well-being.
