Following in the hugely successful tradition of Dime Store Magic, here is the third in the series about Kitty, a werewolf radio talk show host. The host of a popular radio show recently exposed on national tv while transforming into a wolf, Kitty Norville is feeling ravaged by fame. So she heads to the mountains of southern Colorado for some peace and quiet in the woods to reflect and pen her memoirs. Until werewolf/vampire hunter Cormac bursts in on her writer’s block with an injured Ben (his cousin; her lawyer). Ben was bitten by a werewolf and will soon be making his own transformation. Cormac just couldn’t kill his cousin even if he’ll become a monster, so the hunter brought Ben to the only nice werewolf they knew. Despite the January cold outside, temperatures heat up in this tiny cabin when Kitty finds herself alone with one charming, bookish lawyer and one sexy, masculine werewolf-killer. But not everyone is attracted to Kitty. When barbed wire crosses are found on her lawn, dead, mutilated animals on her front porch, and an impending sense of doom in the air, Kitty discovers she’s been blood cursed. Apparently Kitty’s not the only monster out in the woods.
