'Kitchen Stories' is a cookbook exploring how our moods and emotions are closely related to how we eat and cook. A compilation of 20 chapters, each one exploring a specific mood, each recipe is styled and photographed to convey the mood it represents, while each chapter is introduced with a short narrative exploring the concepts and personal memory of particular emotions. AUTHOR: Elodie Bellegarde, a French food stylist, photographer and writer graduated with a Master's in Culinary Arts in London. She is a food enthusiast who started baking at the tender age of 5. Her approach to food and cooking is reflective of her food styling where ingredients are wholesome and ethically sourced, the dishes unfussy and the styling raw. She currently resides in Singapore and has worked for many international brands. Denise Hung, a Malaysian pastry cook, freelance food writer and self-taught photographer received a degree from Le Cordon Bleu Orlando. She has worked in various food establishments in Orlando, Santa Monica and Singapore. Her speciality is in alternative baking using gluten-free, dairy-free and wholesome ingredients. She currently resides in Singapore and works in a cafe as a pastry cook. Colour photographs
