I was hooked from page one!
Kill a Stranger jumps straight into the action, starting with Matt coming home to find a dead woman in his bed and his fiance missing.
Each chapter is told from a different perspective, and not always by a reliable narrator.
With twists and turns everywhere and cliffhangers at the end of each chapter, it sure is one hell of a ride. - Alison (QBD)

Matt comes home to find the body of woman in his bed, not his fiancee Kate, but a stranger. The woman is dead. But where is kate?
He is faced with an impossible choice, save her but kill some one else. Either way some one is doomed to die.
Kate is not the woman he thinks she is, but surely she's still worth saving?

There's nothing like a twisty plot to get the heart racing and the brain ticking - 'Kill a Stranger' certainly fits the bill. No one can be trusted, nor called upon to help, but to save the ones they love Matt and Kate must do the unthinkable. To ensure justice is served, Cameron Doyle must piece together a precarious puzzle of lies, coverups and clues. Thrilling suspense and exciting plot. - Katelyn (QBD)

It is interesting in that not only is it an action-packed read, it also deals with many moral questions that lead to further self-reflection and analysis after finishing the book. The cliff hangers at the end of each section carried my attention and left me wanting more. - Amy (QBD)

Super fast paced page turner with a plot twist at the end of almost every chapter. The writing is good, and Kernick knows how to keep you reading. However, the book follows multiple perspectives and at times it can be difficult to keep up. Coupled with a complex but all around unlikeable cast of characters, this tempers the action to 3.5 stars for me. - Laura (QBD)
