Lily is helping her mother get ready for Christmas - making cards, putting up Christmas streamers, not to mention decorating the tree and wrapping up parcels. And in everything she does, she does one special one: 'Just for you, Blue Kangaroo'.
Blue Kangaroo is very touched - he feels very loved, and wants to do something special for Lily. On Christmas Eve he is sitting nibbling his paws when Father Christmas comes down the chimney, so he asks him what he can do. The next day there is a little blue heart hanging on the tree, and Lily cannot imagine whom it might be for!
