Jingle is a child clown with the Il Circo Piccolo but he is too young to perform and just cares for the baby animals. Every year they visit the same village on the way to the big city. But this year the villagers can't afford to attend the circus, or indeed celebrate Christmas as the rain ruined their crops and many have had to leave. Jingle couldn't imagine no Christmas. He has a wonderful idea to lift the villagers' spirits, help them celebrate Christmas, and to finally be a star performer himself.
