AUTHOR: After a long career as an insurance broker, Jersey City native Randall Gabrielan began a second one as historian, writer, and lecturer. He has been a long-time trustee of the Middletown Township Public Library, and served as Executive Director of the Monmouth County Historical Commission. He lives with his wife, Carol T.
